Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Concord By Ihg, Kannapolis

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were bigger than the last time, perfect for my family, but I felt they could be a bit nicer. Despite being very noisy and hearing interstate traffic even with the air conditioning on, the overall experience was decent. The service was really nice, and the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs, being accommodating and friendly. The location was wonderful, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and stores. However, it lacked a hot tub, which I would have appreciated. The dining experience was amazing; the breakfast selection was first-rate, but the indoor pool was a bit disappointing with cold water. Facilities were sufficient, but nothing extraordinary.
